生育能力下降的重要原因是生活工作的因素

男性不育確實是一個非常常見的一個病

社會上往往把不育的原因完全歸咎於女方

不育是指夫婦同居一定的時間內，雙方沒有採取任何避孕措施的情况下進行規律的性生活，而未獲得妊娠者，診斷是否為不育，一定要關心性生活的頻率，某些人因工作的需要，長期兩地分居，或者夫妻感情不和，性生活次數少，這些都會導致女方不孕，然而由此造成的不懷孕不能判為男性不育。

不育是指由男性因素或女性因素所致的不育症

研究表明，在不孕不育症夫婦中，由女方原因引起者約占40%～45%，由男方原因引起者占25%～40%，由雙方共同引起者占15%～20%，原因不明者占10%～15%。因而，不孕症夫婦雙方都應到正規醫院認真檢查，找出原因，以確定是由雙方原因引起的還是由一方原因引起的，切不可主觀地認為不孕就是由某一方引起的。
